The FHIR Implementation Guide for Vanna Health aims to document the subset of FHIR that Vanna uses as well as the extensions to FHIR that were made to accommodate our use cases. Currently, the entire Vanna Connect application data model is stored in FHIR.
Browse through the Artifacts to see the resources (StructureDefinitions, ValueSets, etc) and examples (.json). The FHIR fields used by Vanna can be seen in the “Differential Table” with a short description ^short.
This IG is based on HL7 FHIR R4 and US Core STU5 and uses content from SDOH Clinical Care. The underlying application is run on Medplum.
